Blessing Yourself
- With the right hand, bring the first two fingers, and the thumb, together in a point. (Representing The One Essence of The Holy Trinity.)
- Next, Bring the right hand up to touch the forehead (in the Name of the Father)
- Then, Bring the right hand down to touch the stomach
- And, up to the right shoulder (in the Name of the Son - Who Sits on the Right hand of the Father)
- Then finally, to the left shoulder (in the Name of the Holy Spirit)
